I enjoy the messy early stage of products: ambiguous problems, conflicting stakeholders, processes nobody fully understands. My favourite work happens where physical operations meet digital tools — warehouses, stores, devices — and where making the problem visible is half the solution.
I’ve been told my strength is making complex scenarios understandable so teams can decide. I believe it comes from genuine curiosity about how things actually work — and from asking «do we really need to build this?» before designing anything.
my journey
Visual Design → Digital → UX/Product Design → Discovery → Product Definition
From Visual Design to Product Definition and Problem-Solving
I started my career in visual and print communication, later moving into digital products and web design as the industry evolved.
Since 2019, I have focused on Product Design, progressively moving beyond interface design towards understanding complex problems, defining products and processes, and helping teams turn them into viable solutions.
My core
How I work
Product Discovery & Definition
Framing problems, MVP/MMF scoping, functional specs (states, rules, logic, roles), challenging requested solutions when evidence points elsewhere.
Research applied to product
Qualitative & quantitative research, usability testing, field research in physical contexts, turning findings into product decisions with measurable impact.
Facilitation & alignment
Workshops, agile ceremonies, alignment across business, operations, product and tech — including a year facilitating Experience Design weeklies.
